房間挺不錯，位置挺好找，酒店環境很好，出門就到農貿市場，到古城也很近，很方便，老闆娘很熱情，體驗感很好！

這個老闆娘比較冷淡，聯繫的包車價位奇高，衹看自身環境的話可以住，位置在當地居民區裏，算是鬧中取靜。但入住裏面隔音很差，因為是連廊木門。

不愉快的入住體驗，1、空調打了一晚上根本打不暖。2、平時也就1百的房間賣那麼貴，定的高級大床房，直接給我領到雙床房去，入住人和訂房人同一個，前台不看訂房訊息嗎。3、小孩在外面跑來跑去，服務員還在前面用是拖把拖光滑的水泥地地，進去不到10分鐘孩子摔在水泥上兩次，感情不是你小孩不用考慮小安全問題。4、不含早餐的房間，第二天早上8點準備出去吃個早餐。順路哪裡些行李，結果轉頭一看房間的被子什麼都拆了。無語透頂，前台服務員來句你要燒開水我們前台可以燒。5、整個酒店服務態度和地板一樣冷冰冰的。6、酒店説實在景區門口，但是真正走到景區還有很長一段距離，步行20分鐘左右。不能停車，行李多的朋友千萬別選，酒店告訴你一個停車點結果不幫忙提行李，還要穿過一個菜市場，路面是石板，行李箱很不方便拖。

非常幽靜、非常愜意的客棧！交通出遊方便、從火車站直接乘919公交到酒店前街口；優美的四合院觀天看景，十分舒適；老闆人非常好，我們中秋那天離店非常熱情送我們建水特產獅子糕品嚐，再次感謝了！今後打算每年中秋節都來這裏休閑。

位於古城內，交通便利。客棧環境非常不錯，堪稱漂亮，隨手一拍都上鏡。衞生也很乾凈，晚上清凈休息得很好，洗澡熱水量超大，很痛快。鎖是復古的，我喜歡。每天還有水果及礦泉水，免費的。門口有家燒烤、卷粉及鹵菜好吃。

旅店設施乾淨衞生，室內設施佈局很有意思！老闆園藝好，多肉、三葉梅、睡蓮等等花花草草都打理的不錯！樓上有一處鞦韆，坐在上邊看遠處的藍天白雲，很是愜意！性價比不錯的一家客棧！

客棧環境非常不錯，進門有個小院子，佈置的很有感覺，房間衞生也搞得很好，老闆很熱情，退房的時候還送了獅子糕，好評好評，以後有機會再來建水，還是會選擇住在這裏

經推薦入住的這間客棧，我認為朗舍是我多年來入住性價比最高的一間。老闆娘和老闆非常熱情，辦理入住速度很快，當天晚上還借我們用了廚房！整座客棧古色古香，非常乾淨。半下午和三兩好友坐在天井的小茶桌上閑聊，看夕陽西下，簡直不要太美好！客棧地理位置也十分優越，附近的景點大多步行可達。若再次去建水，我肯定還會選擇入住朗舍！

民宿位於古城景區裏，位置好，遊玩 美食 購物都很方便，停車場距民宿一百米左右，老闆派人用小車接送行李很貼心。民宿整體清新淡雅温馨乾淨，前台人美和善熱情，做衞生的阿姨也是滿臉微笑。還有前台的“玫瑰醋”很好喝，解暑開胃解渴。總之是一次不錯的體驗，下次到建水還會選擇這家。
