老闆很熱情，給我們吃了好多藍莓和楊梅、告訴我們去哪裡買，以及什麼價格是正常的。小院子很愜意，滿分～ 離古城很近，就在門口！

這次建水遊玩訂的這家清院民宿，選的是秋分套房，衹訂到了三天，在預訂時第四天這個房間已經被別人訂了，第四天衹好換了夏至-複式家庭房，房間大小一樣，設計不一樣，感覺秋分套房使用上更實用一些。這家民宿整體感覺不錯，就在牌樓的右邊十幾米處，牌樓的左邊就是觀光小火車站，值得推薦給朋友們。

位置就在小火車站對面，旁邊有商業設施，沃爾瑪肯德基，走路十分鐘到古城。房間安靜乾淨，老闆熱情，還請我們吃水果，幫忙免停車費，很贊。

民宿就在小火車方便，非常方便，到古城或者汽車站、火車站都很合適，距離近，方便快捷，房間環境清幽，還可以看到遠處的山峯，房間設施齊全，床品乾淨整潔，民宿老闆很熱情，準備點心和水果，離店的時候給贈送了建水特產，非常暖心，下次還選擇這家。

老闆非常熱心，還免費幫我們接送站，而且還免費給我們當了導遊，給我們推薦玩的地方和好吃的東西，房間很乾凈，裝修也很好，我們一家人住了5晚，都不想走了，老闆還準備了很多水果，總之是非常好的一次旅行！

地理位置很好就在臨安站對面，鬧中取靜，停車也很方便門口有個大停車場。老闆娘人很好，房間也很滿意，複式家庭房，我老公打呼很厲害正好互不幹擾
