The location is great, close to Jeju Dream tower/ Grand Hyatt. Also close to Shilla duty free store. Price is good. Only thing is the room is kind of old. At night, sometimes staff was not in the front desk.

I stayed in room 302. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was hot.

Jeju island is the best island in South Korea. It so exiting and most beautiful view.

Located in the downtown of Jeju City. The host was nice, and very willing to help. The bed was comfortable. There was also a laptop in the room for surfing and watching movies. Though the cleaniness has room for improvement, but other areas make up for it and my overall experience was good. And the price was very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to traveling friends.

The hotel is very cost-effective. It is located in the center of Shinjeju, 5 minutes from Lotte Duty Free Shop and 10 minutes from Shilla Duty Free Shop. The room is very quiet. There is a Korean aunt at the front desk during the day and a Chinese guy at night. They are very enthusiastic. The hotel has paid airport pick-up and charter services. You can add the guy's WeChat at night for consultation. Two bottles of free mineral water, coffee, green tea, fixed slippers, free toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair dryers, microwave ovens on the first floor, 24-hour hot water from water dispensers, free washing machines available, 24-hour convenience stores and bus stops are just outside the hotel. It is very convenient to store luggage for free and borrow plugs and umbrellas for free. I will stay here again next time [strong][strong]

This hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better for flights arriving at night. Many front desks close at 12 o'clock. I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the morning. The front desk was Chinese and very friendly.
