The hotel location is nice and close to the train station with around 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel itself are perfect with modern design and facilities. In regard with the service, there are still a lot to improve: attention to guests, level of services and focus on the details. We have wait almost 15 minutes in conceriage for the staff to come back the desk. No bellman and staff offer a room orientation and offer to help with our bags per our arrival. They definitely have to improve the standard of the service.

Luxurious, amazing hotel! Very conveniently located in the city, a very quick drive to ask sights and shopping. Service here is impeccable and on point! Everyone here is very professional yet very friendly at the same time. The hotel is so clean and so stylish. The rooms are a very nice size and all amenities are very luxurious. Stayed for two nights recently, travelling on work. The pool is super, large and wonderfully cool on a hot day. There is a nice outside area for sunbathing and you may even be able to order a drink. Breakfast is a busy, but comprehensive affair. No complaints. Staff at the front desk are super, friendly, charming and could not have been more helpful. Rooms are a little bit tired and in need of a refurb. Air-conditioning is rather anaemic which could be an issue at the height of summer. Overall no complaints, competitively priced and would return

I stayed at the point hotel for 4 nights. Checked in late and had a room service. Food was nice and arrived quickly. Breakfast choices are plenty of hot and cold food options. The furniture in the restaurant is tired but it does the job. Nice and clean shower. Big desk and extra comfy seats in the room. TV wouldn’t switch on but I wasn’t in the room most of them. The Metro station is not far from the hotel to go to the old city. Overall it is a decent hotel at a decent price.
