The service here is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and even remembered my name. The front desk even helped me get my luggage to my next hotel when I couldn't find a taxi. Truly touching service!

A very classic hotel located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. I heard it's also a place Pamuk frequently visits. The service, decor, and ambiance are all top-notch. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel. Amazing service with very friendly staff who clearly WANT to look after people. Great location, very quiet in the middle of a very busy city. Breakfast was stunning, lots of local touches and staff who wanted to make you discover some amazing local flavours!

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a great selection of amenities. The beautiful artwork on the walls added to the sophisticated ambiance, making it a truly relaxing space. The only thing to be aware of is that if you're carrying luggage, it's a bit of a walk from the taxi drop-off point.

Wonderful boutique hotel with perfect location. The view from the restaurant is priceless. The food was delightful, the hotel is tastefully decorated, all the staff were professional and pleasant, specially Atilla and Yusuf. We could not have a better stay. We recommend it and we plan to go back.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The staff service level is great. They are absolutely lovely, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. We had a great stay with TomTom. Location is 10 mins walk up/ down a gentle slope to the hotel/tram. It sits in a lovely area, you’ll see plenty of restaurants up slope from the area. The hotel is situated opposite the Italian embassy so no cars can enter (but you can when you get the hotel to book a cab for you) means the streets are quiet. You should take a look at the breakfast view for yourself. It
