I spent two wonderful days in this hotel. The hotel is in the old city, but it is very quiet at night. The pillows and quilts are very comfortable. Most importantly, the air conditioner can cool and heat. Many hotels in Istanbul only have heating air conditioners. I slept very well☺️

Nice clean hotel. We weren't able to have breakfast, but the restaurant's dishes look appetizing. Would come back again, only the street is closed on weekends, but they provide butler service.

The hotel was only established last year. It is a building with a history of more than 100 years. It has a great a**osphere, stylish interior design and new facilities.
There are many restaurants and shops around, and it is very convenient to go to the main attractions. It is quiet in the bustle.
The service is even better. Valeria is very talkative and has lived in China. When we went to the airport, it happened to be a marathon road closure, and the doorman helped us carry our luggage for a long distance.

I booked the hotel like 3 months before, for my wife's 50t'th Read all the reviuw's and I was really confused. But, Really worth of visit. With advance booking, I had a room with balcony, about 150€/per night. If, even, the room was a bit small/ish/, it was full 5* I did not tell reception about my wife's birthday, but they took it up (because we had to provide our passports to check-in) - kind of 5* service, when you wake up and there is a call for you to deliver a birthday cake, with a candle. Kudo's Yeah, elevator is slow.... if you are going to 53 floor, or something. In this hotel, elevator speed is more, than ok. We did not hear, at any moment, of shouting or unpropriate behavior in reception - if not 5* it was at least 4* :) ps. TV programs are in turkish or in russian. :(
