The location is very close to taksim square. On a nice narrow street. The room had a living space and a separate bedroom. What really bothered me was cleaness. we checked in at 14:00 and the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 17:00 to clean the room!! I told her that we just checked in and no need to clean the room. We never saw her again and the room was not cleaned for the next 4 days! She once again knocked again at 5-6 pm when we were resting when it was not a good time for us. The room was empty all day every day and she was no where tobe found. Now comes the discusting part. I dropped my keys in the bedroom and bent down to pick them up. Pictures are attached. I don't know from how long ago those tissues and slippers were under the bed.

strategic location, within minutes of walking distance to taksim square. booked the bigger room which has another room in the room. great for family of 5 for me.

The hotel has an excellent location-just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with a wide range of options, though it's worth noting that some of them are quite overpriced. The only downside was the hotel's Wi-Fi, which was very unstable and frequently disconnected or restarted. This made it quite difficult to work during my stay.

Very bad management, I booked a deluxe room because of the view and everything but the manager on the desk never gave me one saying that someone is staying in there and I have extended there stay so I can’t give you. When I insisted to have that one he said you can go elsewhere then or I’ll give you uour money and you can go wherever you want. I asked him a million times I want the same room I booked because I have paid but he kept on saying that superior is better than deluxe, and the upper portion is hot you’ll not like it. Not a good experience at all since the start. And the air conditioning had a massive water leak. Rooms were okay nice and clean but management is really bad.
