Great location and nice staff

The hotel is directly in the heart of the golden horn . We had a beautiful view at the rooftop restaurant to the Hagia Sophia. All of the best must seen Like Topkapi museums are easily reachable by foot. Even the old market places are easy to reach by foot

Stopped here in March, staff are all helpful and friendly. Room was a little small, we had a deluxe room, but adequate for what we wanted. Location fantastic. Room a little dated but clean and tidy.. breakfast first class. Very close to all the site you will want to visit. Go further a field to eat, it is expensive to eat in this area.

Very central hotel, on foot you can easily visit the historical part, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosques, Basilica Cistern but also the port of Eminou for cruises on the Bosphorus. Cozy room and breakfast on the roof garden with a wonderful view. Breakfast choice between savory and sweet menu served at the table and buffet for drinks. Excellent service and kindness from the Food & Beverage Manager Seckin Kaya and his staff. Fair price, we will definitely be back.

Great hotel with great staff. Ideally located to shops, restaurants, trams and boats. Restaurant on top managed by Seckin where I had breakfast every morning, great guy keeping a tight ship, can't do enough for you. Will stay again when I return to Istanbul.

I was very well. The staff is very kind and ready to satisfy every request. Not very large room, but livable, in Ottoman style. Rather central location, I was about 400m from Santa Sofia and Mochea Blu. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Taxi service (for a fee) to and from the airport very punctually. I will return to Istanbul, and I am sure to stay in this hotel again. Advised.

It was an affordable hotel in a good location. The restaurant is located on the terrace. The view was also pretty good. I got the deluxe king stateroom which felt a bit small. Would be happy to recommend this hotel to others

Water costs money, which is not cost-effective

Me and my girlfriend visited Istanbul in december 2023. I highly recommend the Golden Horn hotel for the position (1 minute walking for Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque) and for the kindness of the staff! Special mention for the super gentle and funny Seçkin, the Food & Beverage Manager, who made our breakfasts truly special.

It’s a no frills hotel but the location is fantastic. Near tram station and is right in the middle of all the action in the old town. But don’t expect wow service and the standard & deluxe rooms are super tiny. If you want more comfort, go for the Junior Suite. Breakfast is basic.

Wonderful, friendly staff especially in the dining room Seckin Kaya was a lovely, kind and friendly manager. Always made us feel welcome when we came down to breakfast and his staff were brilliant! We highly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

The four stars I saw online are incomparable to those in China. The ones in China are quite good. This hotel is average. This hotel is a hotel in Zhouwei. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and playing. However, it is a pity that there are no windows. I wanted to check in early and there was no communication. Ok, I went at 10pm and woke up early in the morning. The breakfast was quite good, hearty and delicious. I ordered my own food. I particularly like the view of the restaurant upstairs😍

We stay a few days before meeting our Gadventures Tour Great location for walking to special sites Beautiful breakfast menu and super service. Room was clean and quiet. A special thanks to the breakfast crew and Abullah on the night shift. The terrance was great for morning breakfast and night time cocktail. ... maybe just little up grade for the outside terrance area
