I had done my booking through ********** in which I booked Deluxe Room with Multiple Bed Options i.e One Double Bed and one King Bed. But at the time of check in hotel staff said they don't have this category room with us and we had to settle in a small room. A very rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Please don't book this property

one of the best hotel of indore. I stayed ***y hotels of indore including lemon tree,winway,south avenue, surestay plus, best wester plus o2(which is closed now) and ***y more. after closing of best western plus o2 i can say this is the best hotel of main indore city. location- its situated on main regal square and mall treasure island next is just some steps away also railway station is just 1 km and main market of indore including siyaganj, chawni, novalty market all are nearby. Quality- room quality is superb. you will get a superb sleep and also all amenities are there. rooms are enough for a small family including 2 adults with 1 kid. bathroom shower needs to be renovated though but they are ok. food- Food quality is good. but i will suggest if you want to taste real food of indore then visit sarafa once in night. staff- house keeping staff is best. reception staff is good and the main ground staff who serve you during check in is superb they are always ready to help you. stay at sarovar portico if you want to visit malls and markets.

It is a newly constructed property with spotless rooms, amazing service, super friendly and cooperative staff, especially Astha, Cheli and Raju Ji. The food is fantastic and room service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great too since it is centrally located and every significant location in Indore is about 5 to 15 min. The staff was kind enough to guide me regarding my visit to Ujjain and Omkareshwar and I followed their itinerary and it worked best for me and my wife. Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were super clean, linens were spotless, towels were really fresh and washrooms were well sanitized and kept. All necessary toiletries were provided. In short, go for it!

It’s a Perfect place to Stay in Indore Heart of the Town. Ambiance and View is very good. Front Desk Cordinator Shivani is very cooperative. Chill Bar has Very Good Drinks available Whenever I will be Back in Indore , Shall be At this place only

Hotel is right in middle of a busy district. I checked in late evening and had dinner at the restaurant, which was priced quite high, given the loud interiors. Elevators are smelly, all rugs in aisles and rooms are smelly. Rooms are very small and with zero vew. Bathroom hand-jet spray are half choked and spray water at shrap hurting speed. Racks for towels are below the sink which was rather dirty. Hotel called me at 10:30am to check when I will be checking out. I requested for a late check out till 2:00PM which was denied. FInally they allowed till 1:00PM. Despite multiple request, even to their GM, as I had to finish a con-call, they didn't budge and asked me to check out at 1:00PM. I did confirm that the hotel wasn't overbooked, and infact had most vacant rooms! My first and last visit.

I entered the hotel at 7:15 am. The hotel could not be contacted yesterday as both numbers on the internet ＞ Google and MMT. I reached the hotel and asked for early checkin. The front desk associates denied that no rooms are available. No water offered on arrival. Wifi not working still After one hour of check in. No options given for paid check in. Checked in to a mediocre clean room. Overall a bad start and looks like a bad selection

Excellent hotel with very Co operative staff viz reception, housekeeping etc They take very good care of guests. They even provided us with an umbrella for going out. Staff go to different level to satisfy guests' needs. Rooms are very good. We were offered a category upgrade. Always book through sarovar website instead of other websites.
