Utopia Beach Club

The overall experience was good, might have been 5/5 experience if we were Russians but it is what it is. I won’t write the same positive and negative stuff as the previous reviews instead I’ll focus just on two. Don’t accept guests from other countries if your goal is Russians. Looks like you force your employees to prioritize Russian rather than English. The WORST EXPERIENCE was when I had epileptic seizure and a medical staff came. They didn’t know what and how to ask me or my friend what’s going on even tho it was visible that I was disoriented, pale and my speaking was unclear. She only checked my blood pressure, wrote the result on her phone and showed it to my friend, then left. It’s totally unacceptable for a medical staff to not understand English!!!! I will leave 4/5 because the place was really beautiful, most of the stuff friendly even tho they didn’t spoke good english, the entertainment was good, toilets and rooms cleaned regularly, cold water everywhere. Internet connection really great! Will be good choice but first prepare google translate and get travel insurance!

We rested from July 2 to July 14, 2022 with the whole family with our daughters 5.5 and 1.5 years old. This is a great hotel with very friendly employees. Excellent choice of food in the restaurant. The hotel has 3 of its beaches, 2 outdoor pools and one pool inside the main building. All beaches and all pools have a bar. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, in the shade of which you can hide from the hot sun. Every evening there is live music, local and foreign artists, children's animation at two playgrounds. I will especially note the work of the children's club Ma-Me-Pa. The kids club team is just great. Denis, Sibel, Mohammed and Yassi became the best friends of our daughter and all the kids of the club. Together with them, our five-year-old daughter baked cookies, pizza and pirogue for the first time and also drew, sculpted, clila, studied botany, etc. It was a lot of fun on Denis, Sibel, Mohammed and Yassy when the lights danced on stage with the children. Thank you to all the hotel staff and Ma-Me-Pa Kids Club team for our nice holiday!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Food, beach, views and entertainment is very good. Daytime activies in the beach and evening shows are worth to catch! Definitely would come back again to sing and dance. Good stay for friends and family, I recommend!

Amazing place for a holiday stay! Very professional staff, you will be entertained throughout the day and in the evenings by the entertainment managers. Many events are being organized within hotel premises. Also, many bars and 3 private beaches! Highly recommend as this is named as a top hotel in the area.

Buradan oda temizliğimizi yapan aslı hanıma teşekkür ediyoruz gerekli özeni ve özveriyi bize her gün gösterdiği için: yeme, içme kalitesine gelecek olursak, tesiste bir ana restoran sahilde bir snack mevcut, sabah kahvaltılarında nispeten çeşit çok fazla yoktu biraz eleştirim olacak bu konuda bitenin yerine kesinlikle yenisi konulmakta çok gecikiliyordu bu da her istediğinize erişim sağlamanızı engeldi bunu yetkililerle de görüştüm fakat bir düzelme gözlemleyemedim tabii ki aç kalmadık bu bir strateji ise bence tesis bundan vazgeçmeli: öğlen yemeklerinde ana restoranı bir kez kullandık az ama öz çeşitler vardı yapılanlar lezzetliydi akşam yemekleri ***et güzel kırmızı et ağırlıklı menüler her akşam sunuldu biz öğlenleri sahil de bulunan aperatif restoranında yemeyi tercih ettik mükemmel bir pidesi vardı herkese denemesini tavsiye ederim akşamları saat 16-18 arası yine sahil kısmında sokak lezzetleri kuruldu gerek ızgara köfte gerek kokoreç gerek tantuni her şeyi elinden geldiğince tesis sunmaya ***ret gösterdi: ayrıca gözleme hamburger makarna ve salata çeşitleri pizza sürekli mevcuttu: içecek kısmına gelecek olursam tesiste içeceği erişim sağlayabileceğiniz çok sayıda bar mevcuttu kalite olarak orta üst kalitede idi premium Marc’a viski yoktu iki çeşit konsepte dahil orta sınıf viski mevcuttu rakı üç Marc’a sunulmaktaydı bira bizim dönemde Tuborg’tu: fakat şunu ifade e**eliyim ki Ödemiş olduğum fiyatın ben karşılığını fazlasıyla aldığımı düşünüyorum tam bir fiyat fayda fakat bu içecek konsepti yaz döneminde ödenecek miktara göre sanıyorum ki iyileşir tesis buna açık: tabii ki lobi barda bulunan pastaneyi de atlamamak gerekli damak tadınınıza uygun mutlaka bir çeşit tatlı bulacağınıza eminim sürekli taze kahve çeşitleri mevcut Türk kahvesi mevcut ve yine lobi barda akşamları dinlendirici bir piyano dinletisi mevcut bu uygulamayı çok beğendim harika: sonuç olarak biz dinlendik keyifle tatilimizi yaptık ödediğimizin karşılığını aldık girişte güler yüzüyle bizi karşılayan Serra hanıma ve tüm resepsiyon görevlilerine yine kat görevlimiz odamızın her gün temizli

Had a wonderful stay, the receptionists and staff are really nice and always ready to answer any of your questions. We first stayed in a econ room, but upgraded to a room with balcony, for only €10, which I would reccomend to anyone staying here. They also have a very nice animation team, with shows. This place has activities for people of all ages and had beautiful shows, nice discos and is also a good place if you like to party. There are 2 beaches which part of the hotel which are beautiful with clear water and one has a bar near. They also have 2 pools, one of them is very big with a bar in it.

Really fun and big place. Animation team is the best here! really nice beach and a lot of events so you will not get bored!!

Very good hotel. Nice entertainment team. They are very fun Social. Hotel room was big and cleaning service was also good. The 3 beaches nearby where so good. Buffet restaurant was variatied and you get very Nice cocktails. Overall i would recommend
