Orka Lotus Beach

I loved my stay. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is good and relaxing, lovely views of the seaside and nature. Lots to do and lots of swimming pools, private beach a minutes walk. Every night mini disco for the kids, great animation team who are so friendly and good with the kids. Kids club twice a day ...Special thanks to Sofian, Pikacho and ozge and John.

nice hotel good view and beach, good food. the service was great, especially in the restaurant, the waiter Yasin was very nice smile, friendly and polite, he make perfect drink waitresses at the bar, not necessarily. everyone likes tips. Cleaning not bad

We spent 5 days at the hotel. The rooms often contain insects. The reception is very busy but still seems happy. The food in the restaurant was not good for us. Mr. Deniz and Mr. Buğra at the Arena bar are sympathetic and successful in their jobs. My 12-year-old daughter did not want to leave the mini club even for a moment. Mini club teacher Sina, who made our holiday beautiful, always accompanied us with her smiling face and answered all our questions sincerely. Thanks to Sina, our sympathy towards the hotel has increased onefold. Cabanas are extremely expensive, but they are worth it. the sea is clean and warm. see you next year

The location was perfect and the service was friendly, cheerful and very professional. The whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. It was lovely surprise to have some water aerobics in the pool. The buffet was delicious and had a great variety. The beach cottage was an amazing eperience with a group of friends. We could completely unwind and relax with drinks, snack menu, jacuzzi and swim in the sea. The beach was safe as it has sandy bottom and gets deep gradually. We enjoyed so much that the whole visit was 7-star experience.

Lovely hotel, all of the staff were good, very helpful, nothing was a problem, so clean too and the little touches like the apple tea in reception along with apples also, but I found the food a problem, so it was soup bread and chips most days, a lot of the time it was cold too, this was my sixth holiday in Turkey, and never had problems with meals at all and I am not a picky eater Hotel is great if you’re able bodied, lots and lots of steps, and the few lifts there was don’t always work, I can go down stairs but struggle getting up them…..

The hotel was in general cery good in terms of food,drink and cleanliness.first day to be honest i was mesmerized by the fantastic view of the sea.the beach and the bar near it was great for enjoying scenery.sunbathing and relaxing..the atmosphere of the hotel was great with respect to traveleres and staff behavior..my wife and i found very good friends over there.Apo and his family and wiliam and dawn..the staff were all very friendly and did their best to make us feel at home and accomodate our needs asap.the entetainment team were very good as well. There are some downsides as well.not to mention that guest service did their best.it was my birthday and they made it special for me by beinging cale and wine and fruit to my room.i was surprised. There are just some thing i should add about this hotel which were somehow unpleasent.first the mini bar in our room was very limited and there were nothing but water and cola and funta.no sign of toothbrush.tooth paste,soap for showering .secondly the bed and pillows were very soft and i got backache.the food and breakfast were good but not perfect.just two nights dinner was great.its diversity particularly about breakfast was not great.the drinks at the bar were mostly local and all brands had extra charge.the DJ should have had more time.the reception should be taught more english language.and although the spa center had very nice staff and management(Jaleh) who very friendly but according to hotel description we thought the turkish bath was free.
