Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

It was an amazing experience at Gol Bunglow - Taj Falaknuma palace. The hospitality, food, ambience everything is at apitome. Su*** was an incredible host for best customer services to have, thank you. One must have this experience when in Hyderabad

This type was very helpful and accommodating family room was large comfortable and clean the location may travel around the Hyderabad very easy and affordable. Wonderful hotel and a fantastic end to our Hyderabad trip. It is a very good hotel and staffs of friendly and the next time I will come to Hyderabad I will take this hotel again

We were extremely well taken care of at the Taj Falaknuma Palace. From the arrival, to the meals, to the spa and finally the departure, everything was handled with personal care and a sincere warmth. The property itself is spectacular and a piece of living history, this is elevated with the attention to detail and incredible hospitality of the staff. I cannot recommend this place enough, we were coming off a long journey and the staff made sure that everything was in place as per our requirements and took extra care to make sure we were comfortable from the moment we entered the property. A truly memorable and remarkable experience.

Beautiful palace and grounds . Getting there takes time and one can’t enter without a reservation. Good hospitality and all the staff is very friendly and d helpful, ready to even take your pictures and talk to you about the history of the palace. We did the short tour of the palace ***** with high tea at restaurant Celeste. Expensive but worth it for a one time visit . Food offered is too much and one can’t do justice to it . One must go for the experience and the ambience, not for the food which is very average. The staff is very attentive and take god care of you.

Taj staff was amazing and accommodated every wish. The luxurious amenities, courteous staff and activities were incredible experience for us. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Hyderabad. The qawwalis, food and walk around the property are my favorite takeaways.
