Movenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna

Hurghada|1.01km from Desert herbs
It was the worst experience ever. Starting from the front desk unprofessional attitude as we were received by Ehab who poorly handled our check in. By the time we reached our rooms, we were already stressed by the front desk inefficiency, inside the rooms there was Glass water bottles that couldn’t possibly be opened to the extent that we had to contact the housekeeping they also couldn’t open them, so after almost 30 min we finally got the normal easy opening plastic water bottles and finally managed to drink water. The rooms are extremely old to the extent that the doors open without keys ( videos and photos attached). The least I would say is that it’s not a safe place to be as you can’t possibly lock your doors. The second night there was very loud music from 1 am till 4 am, couldn’t get a minute of sleep during this period. We reported to the reception but as usual no action taken at all not even an apology. The next door room was extremely noisy too and as mentioned earlier no action taken by the hotel management until I threatened to call the police, which I should have done back then. The third day I had to shower in Cold Water the hot water was out. Two of our group vomited, the food is very bad quality, the management isn’t responsive to any complaints, they don’t even listen, they are simply absent. The GM is always not available inside the hotel and no replacements, only a front desk manager named Khaled Abdraboh, who’s unprofessional and clearly untrained, lacking wisdom & common sense. His behavior was extremely poor, arrogant & aggressive. I used to go there every year for more than ten years, I used to be a loyal customer and gave many good reviews in the past years but this time my experience was horrible. I would never lay a foot there. It’s a shame how bad management can destroy years of work and good reputation and kill customer loyalty forever.

Three Corners Rihana Resort El Gouna

The hotel is very large. At a corner of the Delta Bay, tourists are mostly European and American, and Asians are rarely seen. Euros are the main settlement unit. Breakfast is all kinds of bread, fried eggs, etc. There is no Chinese food. Not accustomed to eating. It is best to book in advance or book on Ctrip, or consult the hotel by phone. The all-inclusive price is different from the breakfast-only price. Chinese meals are 200 Egyptian pounds per person, and dinners are 300 Egyptian pounds per person. There are also supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. . The internal facilities of the hotel can only be described in a simple way. It may be environmentally friendly. In addition to providing cups, bath towels, hand soap, body soap, hair dryer, free mineral water, slippers, etc., you must bring your own. It used to be very cold during the day and night in December. Wearing a cashmere sweater was not hot. During the day, the sun came out slightly warmer, and it was relatively hot at noon. It was too cold for children to enter the water and go out to sea.

Steigenberger Golf Resort

The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning. The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate. Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back

It was a very nice stay, the staff is very friendly and we had a wonderful room with a great view thanks to Andrew! The beach was a little rocky and my son got hurt but the staff rushed and helped him right away. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely come back soon!
Cook's Club El Gouna

We loved every second of our stay at Cooks Club. It was my wife’s birthday the first day of our stay, and upon arriving I asked them if we could get her a cake that night and I would pay for it, even it was on short notice, but they managed to pull a very lovely cake as a compliment and they did not charge us for it and they saved the day and made it wholesome. The vibes at the hotel are immaculate, cozy, relaxed and it gives you a breather from the outside world while still having fun. They provide a shuttle boat to a nearby island every hour if you are into the sea rather than the lagoon and that was our favorite spot. We enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and definitely the free barista morning coffee. The hotel itself has one of the best locations in Gouna, closest thing to the downtown and 10 mins away from the marina which are the main destinations in Gouna. Could not have had more fun and lovely times than this, and we were already looking forward to come back the second we checked out. Could not have been any better and definitely we will be there soon again.
Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna

9 years since our last visit, unrecognisable today all for the good. All the staff from the gardeners to the boys on boats to management went above and beyond to make it a pleasant and memorable stay. Day time music around the pool was a bit repetitive but maybe with a bit imput from the holidaying people this could easily be rectified.Evening time a disco happened on the balcony overlooking the pool, did get very loud at times but not a problem (on holiday just go with the flow)🎵🎶🎵🎶 The breakfast wad the same most mornings but that is the same most places you visit.Lunchtime/evenings meals were always varied and enjoyable.whilst there you can go to the Mediterranean restaurant and Italian restaurant one time per stay but was lucky to be invited back a couple more times!!!! Big thank you to the guys in the Hub bar who looked after us day and night, outstanding service.A few names to mention Khaled the main man with a fantastic personality, Zoheer (get me another beer)🍻🍻 And Hossam the polite well mannered boy. Will return but need to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Thank you Panorama bungalows for a holiday to remember 👍👍👍
