Hotels near Badawya Tent of Mostafa & Bob, Hurghada

Just returned home having spent 10 days in this hotel - had a great time, weather was perfect and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant and always willing to go out of their way for you. Personally, I wouldn't class this as a 5* hotel as it was lacking some of the qualities you would expect - for me it was nearer a 4*. On the plus side: Very clean Staff very friendly On the beach Buffet restaurant was excellent with great choices The negatives: Check-in was a shambles - we hadn't been allocated a room before we arrived and was 'offered' one which was unacceptable. We didn't get into a room until after 2am in the morning (2 hours after arriving) and then had to move again at 5pm the following day...so couldn't unpack etc. A-la-carte restaurants were poor - little choice unless you were willing to pay a surcharge (that is not my idea of an All Inclusive hotel). Entertainment is zilch...again, unless you want to pay for it that is (20 euros per night!). Very little to do in the evening other than make your own entertainment. Activities on the beach were not very well publicised (we only found out at the back end of the holiday) and are on a rota. One day snorkelling, next kayaking etc. and only available at set times. You are limited to one towel per day. Not a big problem UNLESS like we did you are one once of the boat excursions (from the hotel) and need a dry towel to take with you...they need to think about how to overcome this. Drinks package is pretty limited - again you have to pay for certain options. They didn't even have beer on tap other than at the beach bar so it was poured from a bottle which was at best lightly chilled but not what I would call cold. None of the spirits are strong at all. Service (particularly at the Dar bar) is very slow...lots of waiters just stood around talking whilst people were waiting for drinks...we often had to get up and walk over to the drinks counter to get someone's attention. Lighting around the whole hotel is very very poor - you often only have candle light to see by when sat at your table. I understand they may be trying to add to the ambience but there is a limit. Pathways and hotel corridors are also poorly lit. There appear to be loads of negatives (above) but most are things which could be rectified quite easily. We didn't let it spoil our holiday.

A very beautiful hotel, the customer base is basically Europeans and not Chinese. However, the attitude of the service staff was average. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, they were a bit impatient. For example, when I asked for a drink, they basically ignored me and had to remind me loudly before they poured me a drink slowly. The front desk also asked him questions and was very impatient. Comparing the hotels I stayed in in Luxor and Aswan, I felt there was a bit of discrimination. Also, on the first day I checked in, the power was cut off repeatedly, which didn’t feel very good.

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

It was a great experience, all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy it. There are many foreigners in the hotel, but basically no Chinese, so the dishes tend to cater to white tastes.

However, from the onset, it became evident that our expectations were far from being met. Let's address the coffee situation, which may seem trivial but underscored a broader issue of attentiveness to guest needs. The abrupt termination of coffee service at 10 am each morning was not just inconvenient; it was a logistical nightmare, particularly for parents with young children in tow. Having to trek to either the reception or beach bar post-breakfast for a simple cup was an unnecessary hassle. While the introduction of instant coffee near the kids club following my complaint was a step in the right direction, the fact that it was only available until 5 pm sharp, coinciding with the closure of key facilities, felt like a half-hearted attempt to rectify the situation. This limited timeframe for coffee availability highlighted a disconnect between the resort's promises of excellence and the actual guest experience, leaving many feeling underserved and overlooked. Moving beyond the caffeine conundrum, the lackluster offerings at the kids' club were particularly disheartening. Despite the presence of children's slides in the pool area, the dearth of engaging activities left our young ones bored and restless, especially on inclement weather days. The absence of staple food options like chicken nuggets or fish fingers further compounded the challenge of keeping children well-fed and content throughout the day, leaving many parents scrambling to find suitable alternatives. Adding insult to injury was the distressing incident involving discolored water in the bathroom, which resulted in irreversible damage to one of our garments. The sight of orange water running down the pipes not only raised concerns about hygiene but also cast doubts on the overall maintenance standards of the resort. Such issues should never be overlooked, as they directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Despite these disappointments, it's only fair to acknowledge some redeeming qualities of our stay. The culinary offerings, albeit repetitive at times, were undeniably delicious, providing a brief respite from our overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, the presence of heated pools offered a semblance of comfort amidst the windy weather, albeit serving as minor consolation amidst our broader grievances. Excellent hotel: delicious and varied food, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff, quality service. We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel! Of the cons: there are not always enough sunbeds near the pool with a bar. Due to the fact that some people occupy more than 1 sunbed per person. For example, 2 people come, but occupy 3 sunbeds, just putting their things on the third. The staff doesn't tell them anything for some reason. The rooms without renovation are really old furniture, but we were not critical - clean and nothing is broken. We didn't understand a little about the bar where you can smoke shisha. We have an ultra all-inclusive system 1 shisha was free of charge, the hotel app has a menu of this bar, it states that some drinks on the UAI system are served free of charge, but in fact the bar employee said that ALL drinks are paid .. but in general, we were satisfied with the rest and did not regret choosing this particular hotel!

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

Awesome hotel! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the buffet restaurant is very large and there are many things, and in addition to the main restaurant for dinner there are 7 different restaurants to order, and the all-inclusive cost is very worry-free. Many Russians come to vacation, and the hotel's private beach can snorkel and see a lot of fish. In short, very satisfied, next time I go to the Red Sea for vacation, I will choose this hotel!

The hotel service can only be said to be standard service but not sentimental. The villa I booked was assigned to a room at the edge of the hotel. Not only is it far away from the beach, but the sea view is also blocked. I don't understand why the public area environment is good, but the sanitation of the room facilities needs to be improved. Moreover, the layout of the room is unreasonable. The two bedrooms in the villa are very small and combined with this style, it will appear very depressing.
