極其差勁！！！！空調非常大聲 打電話詢問前台能不能換間房 前台感知滿房 可app卻還在售賣 不知道貴酒店是不願意給換 還是日常喜歡超售呢？？前台的處理方法是 派個前台上來“修理”一下 實際操作是 大力拍了兩下空調 然後説如果要修的話衹能等明早 然後我就這麼聽着空調響了一晚 因為已經四點了沒有辦法。服務態度極差！一句不好意思就拍拍屁股走了 廁所衞生間的門也很難關 部分設施老舊 200塊自然沒多高貴 但是同價位的酒店不少 下榻七天酒店 以為是新裝修的會比以前好一些 沒想到依舊垃圾 望酒店好好培訓一下！！！！！！

酒店的位置很好找，離佳兆業廣場就幾步路，還有華貿也就1.5公里，當天幾人出行，因為下雨到酒店全身濕透了，大廳的茶飲很暖心，前台還幫我烘衣服，真的不知道用什麼來形容我的感激，就把這條好評送給酒店的工作人員，值得推薦的一家店

酒店位置很好找，門口就可以停車，服務也很好，酒店的桑葚茶很好喝，他們還幫忙洗衣服，早餐也很豐盛他們自己做的酸奶很合我意，房間也很乾凈，下次去惠州還住那！滿意👍

價格合適，環境也不錯，去佳兆業廣場和華貿新天地都很近，對面還有一個新湖公園，就是天氣不是很好，惠州是一個值得去的地方，酒店有自助的早餐，還可以幫忙洗衣服烘乾，值得推薦
