很幸運，入住的時候，前台接待的小姐姐給我們的房間免費做了升級。房間安靜，窗户下能看見一條綠色的河流經過。衞生無可挑剔，床品舒適。早餐品種豐富。大堂有舒適的沙發和簡潔的桌子，有免費的咖啡，熱水，礦泉水。酒店理景區也很近，並且有接駁車往來景區，特別方便。酒店隔壁有一家徽菜餐館，方便了住店客人吃飯。酒店值得推薦。

設施：洗衣房超級棒，房間窗景很美
服務：服務超好，有求必應，衣服忘在酒店也幫忙找到寄了快遞👍
缺點：離吃飯客運站稍微遠了點，擺渡車去酒店路上風景很美，但是我們離開時拿着行李遇到了交警，交警讓我們下襬渡車，説車輛不可上路😅，拿行李來回真的不方便

一進來就感覺還蠻驚喜的，旅館不是很大，但收拾得很乾凈。
衞生：房間的衞生做得不錯，各方面都很乾凈。最開始被套上有一點黑點（很小，衹是我同行的人有點潔癖），我們打電話後阿姨馬上就給換了，還一直道歉。
環境：距離宏村大概800m遠，走過去或者坐接駁車都可以，還挺方便的。因為和景區有一丟丟距離，所以很安靜，環境很舒服。
服務：大讚。我們諮詢有沒有足療，酒店直接打電話給附近的店幫我們問能不能來酒店服務，有任何問題都可以問前台，就算他們不清楚也會想辦法解決。
總體來説真的很棒

非常值得推薦入住的一家酒店，尤其是寵物友好，讓我家三喜開心的不得了，之前帶狗狗出遊都是住民宿。
酒店的枕頭也是很舒服，高矮軟硬合適。點贊
礦泉水管夠，👍🏻
唯一不足的地方，就是早餐居然沒有烤麪包的機器

酒店有觀光車接送，提前打電話就行
酒店窗外的景色也是沒得説
酒店員工的服務都很好，也很親切
上黃山前需要把一部分行李寄走，也幫忙留訊息，就特別好
下次來宏村還定全季

1、全季老會員了，出門大多住全季，主要圖一個舒適、衞生、安全省心。全國都一樣，也不需要再適應。
2、酒店離宏村大約800m，需要走一下或者乘坐酒店接駁車。
3、因為是新裝修的，整體體驗挺好，和其他全季無差異。
4、建議：酒店為幾個開放式獨棟建築，電梯沒有設定門禁卡，希望這一塊加強一下

前台工作人員不經客人同意自行錄入人臉系統。當我問她這個一定要錄嗎？還砌詞掩飾説必須。然後我自己操作家人的入住，可以選擇不用錄，非常討厭這種行為。

很不錯的一家酒店，離宏村和盧村景點都非常近，到宏村來回有短泊車接送，前台小姐姐服務很好，免費幫忙升級了房間，窗外的景色也很Nice😀

非常棒，距離景區較近，每半小時可固定發車接送，約5min左右就可以達到景區。住宿條件很好，房間很大，窗外的風景很棒！
