The design is really cool! The environment is clean, and the water pressure is great.

The room was simple and comfortable, with a small balcony. It offered excellent value for money. The breakfast, which was outsourced, tasted great, and there were plenty of self-service options like coffee available, plus a microwave for heating food, which was very convenient. The owner was incredibly kind and chatty. After staying for two days, I felt right at home. The location is also very close to the train station. Highly recommend this B&B!

Stayed for 2 nights.About 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Many many eateries within walking distance like McD, KFC and other local food restaurants. Laundrymat is near. The room is clean with comfy bed. The bathroom is massive and very clean and has an industrial look. There is tea and egg sandwich left for us at the lobby in drawers with unlimited coffee from the machine. I would come back to stay here.

It was a perfect stay, the hotel is near the train station, Macdonald's, PX mart, etc. It was clean and the counter clerk was so sweet and humble. Staying in the hotel was a perfect experience….

Very artsy, the common area is comfortable, the coffee machine isn't working, would be lovely to have it ready :) very accessible from the main station, near the rental bike, Giant and laundry places

Located at a walkable distance to the train/bus station. Near eateries and local mart.

Good BNB style hotel. We picked it because it has parking and close to town.

Overall, it's pretty good.

I was given an upgrade to a bigger room thanks to the very friendly n helpful owner,,I didn't ask his name. He also gave me directions to few bicycle rental shops. Will stay here again when I come to Hualien city.

Amazing spacious room, with very nice décor. 10 minutes walking to the train station going to Toroko Gorge. Also, an owner prepared tasty packed breakfast which is a sandwich with a tea.

1. Parking is convenient, but remember to get a magnetic tag from the front desk first. 2. The room is fairly soundproof, but there's no window facing outwards. 3. The sheets were the wrong size, which was ridiculous. The mattress was showing when I lay down, and I only realized the size was odd when I tried to pull them up. 4. A simple breakfast is provided. 5. The bathroom is large, but I think it would be better to have more space in the room.

The location is convenient, close to the Taiwan Railway, but a bit of a walk from the night market. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, very convenient! Breakfast is a simple sandwich with black or green tea, quite good~ The room and toilet aren't new, but the bed is very comfortable!
