I Love this hotel, I would definitely recommend this one and the Voyoma next store. Absolutely beautiful, clean, safe and pleasant! Plus their complimtary breakfast is fabulous. I just stayed 2 days this trip but will be booking again as soon as possible.

I couldn’t get checked in I tried calling the front desk to charge my reservation location and the desk manager was unavailable and still is at the time of this review. Last night I stayed in a Walmart parking lot because I’m going to need to be at my oncologist appointment today. I can not afford another booking while I wait for the money to be returned to my account and due to the front desk personal not being able to cancel or change my reservation I have to go see my dr at the cancer clinic smelling like I slept in the car which I did. So yeah I’m just not very happy or impressed with ******* or the hotel.

Well to start to noisy it's well lite at night. To many roaches especially at night here we are relaxing on the bed when I see a roach crawling across the bed then the couple upstairs have 3 kids all you can here is hard thumping on the floor throughout the day we had to tell front desk twice to have them sit their kids down at least 30 minutes they were going nonstop you would think parents would be respectful and think outside the box about the neighbors top and bottom I would recommend if you got kids get bottom floor to avoid a loud stay for those trying to rest

this property refused to provide the rooms that we had reserved and paid in full. Further ******* was incompetent enough to just make the reservation without checking on the property guidelines. this property should not be listed for reservations.
unfortunate to see how unprofessional both ******* and America’s best value in have become! Not going to be a member anymore!

The office management harassed me from the first night to almost last about payment from *******. Told me to get my things and get off property even after showing them confirmation and inteniary number. The only was suitable last day after receiving payment.

America Best Value Inn and suites did not have our reservation.
The attendant was rude and state that ******* is responsible foyr our refund. There was no one room with two quuen size bed with smoking. My family was tired and disappointed with the treatment of this situation. We had to submit another reservation and pay again.
