I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone jus that the House Keeping forgotten to top up my Tissue Box. Other than that, service is great and location is good.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.
