We were regular guests at the Berghotel Hinterstoder and loved the location and Mr. Dr. Sedlak, Ms. Mag. Sedlak, their daughter Leslie and the extremely cordial employees are very much appreciated and liked. Our daughter, who has known and loved this hospitable, rustic and very cozy house since she was two years old and who developed her eating habits in the direction of vegan, was cooked vegan in an absolutely perfect way by the team of the Berghotel and the really creative chefs - the food was like that it's a good thing that parents are increasingly ordering "vegan" ... we deeply regret that the mountain hotel was sold (although I can understand it from Leslie's point of view) and that the cozy rural landscape on the Hutterer floors is now being misused in such a way , downright perverse, is transformed. Completely wrong architecture in completely wrong environment. You will think of these words when the Hinterstoder ski region sinks into the morass of greed for money as a result of such crazy, outrageously expensive, landscape-destroying and ecologically hostile architectural craziness - similar to Bad Gastein - and nobody shows any more interest in the originally so lovely and in the best sense simple natural idyll will. It should be said of the politics of this place that short-term greed always leads to ruin!!! As for the Sedlak family, I'm disappointed that they didn't say goodbye to their regular guests. dr Autumn, Vienna
