We stayed here for a high school athletic event. From blocking and reserving 20+ rooms with Ms. Jen B, Tricia offering the use of bistro area for our group breakfast/dinner, to checking in 40 teenagers with kindness, this hotel was extremely professional and supportive! Even the room assignment was very thoughtful, I could tell. We cannot thank you enough. As a group travel organizer, I was nervous coming here. But thanks to your help, everything went smoothly.

I took my granddaughters here for a much-needed night of rest, relaxation and fun. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, felt very safe, was quiet... lots of small touches like giving us each a bag with water and chips when we came in. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice indoor pool. There was a very nice breakfast included - tons of choices! Really, really nice stay. I will definitely go back.

Very clean hotel. Good water pressure in the shower the room upgrade will get you a lot of space - it’s worth it! The bathrooms are large. The AC worked well in our room and the shower head was high (for tall people). Elevators moved quickly. The staircases were clean and well lit and easy to access too. Parking is easy. Pool is indoors but there’s a great fire pit outside.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shelley who works the breakfast area. However, the pool was closed, and because the exercise room is through the pool area, the exercise room was closed also. Beds were okay for comfort. They do not have automatic front doors which made getting in and out with my elderly grandmother more of a challenge. It was relatively clean for such an older property. Definitely needs some upgrades. AC was very noisy but it worked.

Front desk clerk was clearly out of her depth with the hotel’s booking computer. Check in time took much longer than it should have.
