The hotel advertises itself with air conditioner. In fact, there are AC in every room, but they don't give you a remote control and they refuse to let you use it.
I ask the receptionist for the remote control of the room and she answered in a very rude way that "there was not".
If you don't know how to treat customers, don't work in customer service. If you don't provide a service, don't advertise it.

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given.
Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. "Hot Springs" cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

It was my first time in Heihe. I booked a room on Ctrip. The location of the hotel was very easy to find. Parking was available downstairs, which was very convenient. I went to the service desk on the fifth floor. The two young ladies were very enthusiastic. They introduced the surrounding tourist attractions and gave me the phone number of the tour guide. Seeing that we were traveling with the elderly, the young ladies specially adjusted a suite for us. It was such a surprise. It was really like being at home everywhere without leaving the three provinces of Northeast China. I didn't feel like I was away from home at all. In addition, the room was too warm. I didn't cover myself with a quilt all night. Both the elderly and children liked it!

Standard room, one large and one small bed, good location, close to the pedestrian street, close to the popular morning market, and even closer to Shengyuan Dachuan. The only drawback is that the room does not come with a bathing ticket, and you have to pay for it separately.
