After negotiation, one day's room fee was waived as compensation, but the electricity fee was charged. All sorts of annoying processes, I didn't check in until 3 o'clock in the afternoon that day, and took the children to wait for a few hours outside the community! Later, I called to threaten to give praise... Ctrip's customer service ladies are not easy. They coordinated and called countless times. When they met such an ignorant landlord, in order not to affect the child's exam, I had nothing but to say! However, the apartments provided later were not far from the school, the hardware facilities and environment were good, but the apartments did not have any services. The landlord said that all the apartments in Hefei every day belong to his family, and it’s not wrong to make money, but in general I believe that everyone is unwilling to find a business without integrity and quality
