My husband and I stayed in Emelio's casa in December 2019/2020. It was the most incredible experience we have ever had at any accommodation in a foreign country. The host, Emelio, assisted us in so many ways. From showing us where to exchange money into foreign currency, to which restaurants accepted euros and dollars. He booked us tickets for a local music festival, which was an incredible experience. The rooms were super clean, neat and comfortable. Every morning we were treated to breakfast and coffee, made by his lovely granddaughter. Everything about this place was amazing - especially the views from the balcony and the dining area in the plant-covered patio. What a gem 0 i would give anything to go back again!

If you want to experience real Old Havana, this is a place for you. Located in the heart of Old Havana and beautifully restored and decorated traditional Cuban house. Gisel, Patricia and Janince prepare fresh breakfast for you every morning and will do anything you feel at home. Really a memorable experience!!!

Brilliant place to stay in the most excellent location in Old Havana. The owner, Gisele, and staff are so helpful and kind. They arranged places for me to stay for the other parts of cuba I was visiting, arranged a cuban sim card. The room I had was perfect.

Based on other reviews, I have tried my best to book this place for our stay in Havana, as it wasn't that easy to find availability. It's always booked. And for all the good reasons. We absolutely loved our 6 nights there. The house is gorgeous, a combination of old and new, with a great taste in decor. The best part of it all were the ladies Gisel, Patricia and Janelle who were the absolute best hostesses and made our stay a lovely one. The place is clean, the food is amazing( they even went beyond to prepare for us a traditional desert we couldn't find anywhere). The A/C works perfectly, hot water and all the necessary things you need. The balcony is perfect for people watching and listening to live music from the street. So Havana like!) Gisel helped us with tours and transfers and the much wanted internet, so don't stress in advance about any of that. You'll love this place for sure!

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and near the centre of Old Havana. The owner helped us with a transfer from the airport, with a Sim card etc. Very helpful! Also the rooms had air-conditioning and a good working shower

Beautiful and spacious room, friendly and personal interaction, great location and Gisel is a wonderful hostess! Close to everything by foot and very nice breakfast included. I can highly recommend this hotel.
