We enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. The butler even carried our bags across the street. We also like that the hotel is very clean and near to restaurants and the Central Street.

The location is really good and near the central street. Only takes 2 minutes by walk. From Sophia 20 minutes by walking.
The cleanliness is not bad, all the sheets and towels are really clean but their cups for tea is too dirty, we stayed their for 3 nights and each day when they come to cleaning the room they didn’t change our cup only wash with water and it wasn’t clean as well. Then we requested the front desk to revised them and they revised. Also the second day we finished our shampoo and wash body but they only put one body wash and not shampoo.
The room was too warm and you can not to change that, we opened the windows in the 28 degrees.
All of room do not have good view but actually it was not important for me as we want to go out from morning till night.
The breakfast only includes Chinese style and not western. There are not many options.
The service is good and they can support you and help you to go anywhere you want, but when we requested for water they sent water to our room after 2 times called them and after 2 hours,
It was not bad staying at all.

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

The best hotel we stayed in this Harbin trip 👍🏻 Good location and we managed to book the largest room for 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) to stay together, front desk customer service provided extra one breakfast for my youngest boy (if not need additional ¥69) promised to give her good review here 🤭
We stayed here for 2 nights, enjoyed their breakfast and the 2-3 restaurant managers are so friendly and welcoming us ☺️

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids.
Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room.
Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want.
There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

TTripzeiraGreat hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

1. The account manager contacted me one day in advance and asked me how to get to the hotel. After learning that it was a high-speed rail taxi, he immediately helped arrange a pick-up for tomorrow (because he was worried that our trip would be affected by an unlicensed driver). At this time, he was very concerned about the hotel. 70% favorability
2. The big brother who picked us up the next day was already waiting for us outside. After picking us up, we went directly to the hotel. The car that picked us up was also very new and clean, and we were very satisfied.
3. What surprised me the most after checking in at the hotel was that the customer lady said she liked me and directly upgraded me to their suite. The room was super big and very clean. It was such a surprise.
4. I didn’t book skiing or other itineraries before I went there. I read online and said that I could ask the hotel to book it for me. Then I asked the lady about the world’s number one ski slope, and she immediately helped me. It took half an hour. They arranged for someone to pick us up and helped me book a package for the next day’s skiing, which was much cheaper than the ski resort. I experienced all the projects I wanted to play, and everyone I met was very enthusiastic.

SSimpleConvincerI would like to confirm what the other people who stayed here--the place is very very clean and well maintained. I stayed here for five nights. At first I was worried whether I would find the hostel easily. It was really easy to find! Also, the bus stop going to Harbin Taiping Airport is just a 10 to 15 minute walk (with luggage) and less than 10 minutes (without luggage).
Unlike the other hostels that I have stayed in, this hostel is just literally a fews steps away and in front from Exit 1 of Zhongyang Street (Main Street) Station.
I usually don't write reviews but the owners were really kind and very welcoming. I stayed in other hostels and this hostel is really well maintained and not smelly.
The was just one minor inconvenience that I encountered--there was only one shower. Most of the time the shower area is empty.
I read that some other reviewers complained about noise, but I didn't notice any kind of noise during my stay. I also thought that since the hostel was near Zhongyang Street station, it would be very noisy. I didn't hear any noise coming from outside the building.
Nevertheless, I had a very wonderful stay here in this hostel.

Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling
All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality
After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty.
The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying.
Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin.

After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too.
That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese.
At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results
The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them
Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

XXiaohuanThe villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.
