This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff really embodied the sense of 东北 hospitality! They were attentive and remembered all of our preferences from the first day we stayed and it was so good we decided to stay an extra 2 nights!

經常出差 君逸酒店真的是讓我印象最深的酒店 服務好 酒店好 從一進門開始保安就很熱情 到了前台就讓我們坐下休息 還有毛巾和茶水 精美的下午茶 退房了 依舊笑臉相迎 還有精美的伴手禮 贊贊贊 管家式服務真的貼心

温馨的環境，貼心的服務！還免費升級了房間，整個酒店的服務都是超一流的，從開門的大叔，前台的小姐姐，前台經理丹丹及服務員大姐，退房時還贈送了俄羅斯糖果！服務不是一時，在酒店期間持續關注客人，切實的體會到回家的感覺！東北老鐵的服務太暖心了！下次來爾濱還會選擇君逸酒店！

什麼叫做服務好？服務好就是客人不給五星會覺得對不住店家。
酒店價格是不含早餐的（但是免費升級了面積更大的家庭房），看攜程上半自助的早餐評價很好，我們就下來看看，再決定買不買。準備替我點餐的領班説，這樣你別買了，除了點餐現做（保證口感）的，自助餐也夠你們吃飽了，我送給你們。
小孩都驚呆了：為什麼？
領班：因為你帥。
説得小男孩一臉的羞澀。
各種細節好評，比如吐司防止風乾用餐布蓋好，咖啡現磨我選的拿鐵，橙汁是鮮榨而非成品。哦對，11點開始還有種類豐富的英式下午茶。
好的酒店就是讓你住一晚就不想走[愛心]
大堂裏充盈着各自真心實意的感謝。

第一次來東北，隨便定的酒店，想着價格很實惠其實沒有報很高期望，結果入住後非常驚喜，感受到了五星級標準的服務，還沒進門，門口酒店人員就出來指引幫忙拿東西上樓，然後引導到大堂入住，入住的工作人員也非常專業，貼心的介紹酒店的各項服務以及標價。房間還配了專用咖啡機，浴室乾淨整潔，還配了智能馬桶，非常驚喜，快捷的價格，五星級的服務和設施，雖然不大，但是絕對舒服，還有專門的管家建羣一對一服務。
因為當天趕車要提前走，客服人員還貼心的讓我拿點酸奶和水路上吃，非常感動，真的非常棒的酒店，五星級酒店住過不少，這次用這麼實惠的價格體會到了等同五星級的服務，超出我對東北和哈爾濱的期待，希望明年冬季能帶家人再來感受冰雪大世界。
對了還送了精美的下午茶和伴手禮，非常感謝，謝謝小雪，丹丹還有幫我入住的那位小妹妹的熱情服務，也歡迎你們到深圳來玩。
