Location is convenient, nearest metro station is max. 5 mins walk. Malls and wide available f&b options within 10 mins walk.
Cleanliness of room at check-in is good. Daily cleaning service available, bedsheets were changed during duration of stay, unlike some hotels that change only after check-out.
Reception was friendly, approachable and helpful.
Room heating was well working for cold winters of below -10ºC.
Queen size bed for solo traveller, room size is good for laying out 2 luggages. Couch available by the window with good view.
Only down side is fixed-type shower head, which is not as preferred.

The hotel staff were very polite and even let me store some food in their fridge. The location is great with being so close to the west station and the metro. Lots of good restaurants around the area. Check-in was easy as a foreigner and the breakfast was filling. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that would like to visit Harbin. 环境很好，前台小姐姐可以和我用简单的英语对话，

酒店環境不錯，訂了兩間房住的都很舒心。環境位置觀景都不錯，提前訂，趕上活動性價比更高，下次再去哈爾濱首選這裏。

酒店設備設施好，房間不錯是個假期出行的好地方。
📍我們用早餐時接近結束，已經收餐，有一家三口帶小孩的遊客想用早餐，應該是酒店的領導看到了，安排早餐廚師給煮的餛燉，真的是在用心給住客提供便利。另：早餐廳不大，勝在乾淨，種類中規中矩，個人感覺性價比還是不錯的。
📍我女兒需要打印學習資料，前台熱情的幫忙，第一次打印模糊，就重新打印，還不收取費用，真的是很貼心。我們入住星級酒店商務中心打印是收費的。
📍退房時，一根短短的充電線落在了房間，前台特意打電話提示，服務真的很細心。
📍沒想到還可以預約送站，雖然離哈西很近，我們回來晚了一會，司機師傅耐心等待，還幫忙拿拉桿箱。
📍房間的窗面向哈西站，還可以開窗換氣，房間內的沙發和小桌子還可以供女兒寫作業。
酒店不算驚艷，但是性價比還是可以的，畢竟五一假期。以上是入住感受，推薦有需要的朋友自行體驗。
