Lucy and all the service staff are very warm and considerate! It is rare to have such a rich and well-priced buffet dinner in a hotel! I have stayed at Sofitel in Kazakhstan many times. This time I came to Kazakhstan for many days. Because it is convenient to stay in three different hotels for business, Sofitel’s in-room dining service is a good choice! Great hotel. We stayed 2 nights. The friendly staff gave each of us a set of heat pack/warm insoll to keep our hands and feet warm. They even rushed to fix a loose towel rack. Will stay again in my next Harbin trip
