This hotel was excellent. I can't say enough about the staff, they bent over backwards to help us when our flight got cancelled. Food was great and Managers were excellent. Plan on a trip back to this place. They acted as if they were our family. Love this experience!!!!!

I couldn’t find the location at all, and I couldn’t find the place. It took two hours to find a place. This is the worst place I have encountered. I strongly complain about this kind of **.

I love this apartment, it's on a high floor and the space is very airy. I like the service of the boss here very much. He is very enthusiastic and gave me a lot of information. But I need to check the washer as it was not working while I was using it and it took two attempts to fix the washer issue. I will come back next time I am back in Hanoi for a business trip.

Cute apartments loads of places to eat and drink in the area, and about 30min taxi into old town. The pool is open at set times in the afternoon to early evening and is used by all the residents but everyone’s friendly. They all met up of an evening with exotic pets, pretty cool vibe The beach was closed when I went (seasonal) but looked beautiful
