London Hanoi Hotel

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a very large, nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient for getting around.

This was the last hotel I stayed at for two days before returning home. After I got back, I discovered that a rarely used wallet, which had been in my suitcase, was completely emptied of all its cash, including US dollars and RMB. The wallet was in the room during those two days, and the room had been cleaned. I can't be 100% certain this happened at this specific hotel, but this spare wallet was out of my sight seemingly only during this time. I inquired about it through the platform, but as expected, it led nowhere. I'm writing this to caution everyone: Southeast Asia and China are truly different. You really can't let your guard down here; always keep a close eye on your belongings.

The hotel is quite conveniently located with good transport links nearby. For around 300 yuan, it's a decent hotel.

The environment was pretty good. However, I had originally booked a twin room, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available, and they claimed their system was down.

Unexpectedly booked and stayed at this hotel because of an issue with my apartment. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging, but they patiently used a translation app to assist me, which was very helpful. Any room-related inquiries were handled promptly. The breakfast was simple but delicious, from what I recall.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
