Badly experience, the room is completed different with pictures in your website, according with pictures the room should with bathtubs but not, after I asking they said they have no room with bathtub, and I just check out at all and they said they have room with bathtub, it’s a lie and cheat hotel

So so…1st day no hot water…

If you are thinking of making a reservation here, please take a look. The accommodation may have been remodeled but it is not dirty. I didn't receive any greetings from the staff upon entering, so I didn't care since I was in Vietnam. The room smelled like paint (?) and construction was too strong, and I left after 2 hours because I had a headache. When I came in to get some fresh air, the employee sitting at the entrance was playing a game on his cell phone. When I asked the employee who was playing the game to give me a smell-free room because the smell was so bad that it gave me a headache, he half-heartedly replied that there was no room available today so I should just sleep, and then went back to playing the game. He was starting to get more and more irritated... I asked him how he could sleep here when his head hurt after just 2 hours, and he said there was no way to sleep and went back to playing games on his phone... I was angry too, so I asked him how he could rent a room that smelled like paint and glue to a guest, and what he would do if the guest had a problem. The other guests didn't say anything, but he asked why I was the only one who did this, and told him to open the window to ventilate the room and go to sleep, and went back to playing the game... I spend 2 to 3 weeks a month in Vietnam for work. As a Trip.com Diamond member, I make about 100 hotel reservations per year... This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in the world... Even considering that it's Vietnam, it's really the worst... It looks like it will fail sooner or later because of the staff rather than the facilities... There are many cheaper and better hotels, so what are you doing? Please take note of this post~ The photo is of a reservation I made after abandoning this hotel and reserving another hotel ^^;;; I didn't want to die from the smell, so I just threw away 100,000 won, plus taxi fare.

The hotel is very beautiful, luxurious, clean. Reasonable price. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. If I forget something, you proactively contact me and ship it to me. Taking a bath while looking at Taay Lake is very chill, hihi. Will keep them here for a long time
