Family room is small for 4 pax to walk around. Good location.

Breakfast wasn’t good and not much variety either. We had no hot water in our shower - the shower is also right next to open wires which we didn’t feel safe with. The bathroom also had a sewage smell. The bed was nice and comfy, and hotel is in a good location.

Location is very good, family room is bit smaller to walk. Overall are good. Staffs were friendly and helpful to arrange airport transfer in the early morning.

The price point is worth it. The room is well soundproofed. There are very few choices for breakfast, but the room can prepare a hot meal for you. The self-service includes coffee, tea, bread, fruit, etc.

Nice central location. Service impersonal. Room on the 5th floor without a lift. Breakfast is modest and tissues with toilet paper. Spa not used based on these impressions. Therefore, this hostel does not get enough for me.

200m walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the accessibility is good, the owner of the hotel is friendly, and the facilities feel a little outdated in the bathroom, but the water pressure in the shower is good. The room is not big, but it's clean.
I made a reservation for a one-day tour of Halong Bay here and had a pleasant trip. The morning breakfast was a simple breakfast such as fried eggs, bread, coffee, and juice.
