City view. 3) A wide selection for breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am - serves Vietnamese and western food, beverages like fruit juice, coffee and tea, desserts, salad 4) Have washing machine and dryer in the laundry area. There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

That was a perfect place. Very kind staff overall speaking. Wonderful breakfast buffet. High speed internet which helped me a lot for my teaching and meetings. I would love to be here again. Above all, my prime king room looks exactly as in the photos and even better. In short, this place is a perfect choice. I wanted to stay here more but I was not able to extend the same type of room. The only shortcoming is that I arrived early and I had to choose between waiting 5 hours or pay one full night to check in early which was a bit unfair in my view. Once again, thanks for the perfect services provided. 🤗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I checked into the Hotel on 21st June for a 4 night stay. Right from the poor “Check-In” experience one could get a feeling that something was amiss... I had multiple “sub-standard” experiences in this relatively new property. To highlight a few.. • On the 1st night, I ordered for a Vietnamese Grilled Fish (Medium rear), but what I received was a “Well done”, over cooked, almost fried fish. There were almost no attendants at the only restaurant at the hotel at 10:30pm. • On the 3rd day at despite the restaurant being empty at breakfast, all the salad bar servings were empty at 9:45am. There was not adequate bread in the bread baskets. When I pointed to the restaurant manager that the breakfast buffet is available until 10:30am, I was told that the serving bowls are empty as the team was all busy preparing for a 500 pax lunch later in the day (24th June)…..honestly not sure this was an acceptable answer. • On the 3rd evening at 10:15 pm, when I tried to utilize my complementary welcome drink at the bar, I was told the bar attendant was not available and the drink cannot be served. • Despite requests for coffee sachets to be placed in the room during daily housekeeping service, the same were never placed. However, had to personally make a call for the same every day. • There was no Iron and Ironing board in the room. • The hand sanitizers installed in the elevators were empty and not operational. • The air-conditioning in the lobby never seemed to work. Despite repeated requests to meet with the GM, it was only on the 3rd day was I told that the GM is not available for the week as he is on an official trip. Ironically the Rooms duty manager (2nd in charge after the GM) was also not available. Would not recommend this property for a stay.

The hotel's ambience and room cleanliness is excellent. The service quality of the staff truly exceeds expectations. The attention to detail and attentiveness to guest's needs is some of the best experience I ever have in my travels all over the world. The breakfast buffet is really delicious. Although the location of the hotel is in the vicinity is in an area with not much place to eat, but it is not far from the center of tourist activities. It is an oasis of comfort away from all the noise. Definitely worth returning to and highly recommended for visitors on business trips and leisure alike.

The room was incredibly spacious and definitely comfortable. The breakfast was a sad state of affairs though and the food wasn't being replenished so if you arrived at a later time you would be scooping up the scraps. If breakfast was more elaborate then the stay would have been excellent.

We stayed here for five nights. One family member discovered in a previous trip last year. This hotel is ideally located for all major tourist points, but adorable dressed as to stay quiet. The room we have was excellent, very clean and modern, and the breakfast restaurant was very comfortable, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and you will never be hungry. The staff were very efficient and willing to help at any time. A special mention for ”River” in customer services / reception. A adorable genuine lady who was always guaranteeing that we had what we needed and extremely kind. In short, this is a great place to stay and you can't make the wrong.

A good choice if you’re staying a week or more. Easy access to downtown or elsewhere by car. Small apartment with kitchen stocked with all the essential equipment (dishes, flatware, pans, etc. ). Bedding is comfortable, but a bit firm. Nice couch and TV. New rug. Great breakfast. Very clean throughout. I could do with fewer artificial flowers in apartment and fewer, larger, better paintings in halls, but that’s minor and a matter of personal taste. Highlands coffee shop and bun cha nearby. We didn’t find much in the immediate area, so stop at Big C or a minimart for groceries.

Ann and Sophie were not only friendly and attentive but were proactive in attending to details in a way that I have not experienced before in my extensive global travels. They genuinely cared about the guest's needs and experience in the hotel and in Hanoi. What a great impression it gave me of Hanoi. The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean, with a modern fit-out. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town, in a working area of Hanoi - so there were no locals selling tourist items on the street. Restaurants, local markets, banks, all nearby in this bustling area of Hanoi.

Bath hot water was very good! Disadvantages: No paper towels in the room, toilets. Bottled water is not in a 500ml bottle, not enough to drink. I generally do n’t boil water because I ’m afraid the pot is not clean Room size is ok, stronger than the domestic price. There are many Japanese tour groups. Although there are only 5 rooms on each floor, a total of 11 floors, the top floor is a restaurant, and the first floor is a lobby. This small hotel is good value for money.
