Better than expected! There's a lovely lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese, which was a great help. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the cleanliness is excellent too.

Quiet as it is behind the main road therefore can get very good sleep. Yet, the hotel reception is all the way at the end of a close, taxi or grab can get a bit inconvenient to turn around. Service is ok as reflected front he price. Easy to get around the city by taxi. The Japanese restaurant next door is brilliant, very fresh and delicious.

Traveling for business, the location was super convenient for getting around. The hotel surroundings were nice, and our room had two balconies which was great for ventilation – my colleague and I really liked it. Oh, and there's a Japanese restaurant nearby that's definitely worth trying!

This was my second trip to Hanoi, Vietnam, and I chose this hotel again, just like last year. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of options and good taste; my kids really enjoyed it. We booked a suite for two families, which was very convenient, and the common living area was also very good.

The room wasn't very clean. I checked in at 3:00 AM, and the cleaning staff hadn't finished yet, but they still let me in. There were even forgotten underwear left by the previous guest. The hotel has a lot of Indian guests.
