Atour Hotel Hangzhou Binjiang Baolongcheng Reviews

Not worth the money. We were informed at the last minute that air conditioner won't be working past 8pm. Too late and too expensive to book another hotel. They only provided fans. Claims it's a 4 star hotel but don't have mini bar and refrigerator in room. Had to go down to buy cold drinks from shop each time. Room size is so-so. No English speaking staff for foreigners. Otherwise the staff was polite and hotel is clean and newly decorated.

We had a great stay at Atour! The hotel is convenient located close to subway station (less than 5 minutes walk) and on the other side of the road is Powerlong Mall with nice shops and restaurants. The frontdesk was friendly and helpful (not sure about their English, we managed with our basic Mandarin). The room was spacious and clean. Minor downside were the slippers: they let off some fabric which made the floor a bit untidy. Big plus was the warm water in the shower: it came real fast so not a lot of water used to wait for the right temperature. Although the breakfast was mainly focussed on the local customs we thought it was pretty good for the price you pay. Would come again next time we are in lovely Hangzhou!

In general the hotel is great! Special mentioned to the service from the Reception Counter is excellent. Receptionist 雾漫and 三两 are exceptionally friendly and very service oriented people. Perfect stay experience and would recommend others to stay in this hotel should you choose to stay in Binjiang area.

The room was OK. The service was good. The mineral water was warm, which was a surprise. The choices in each city were almost all Atour and Hampton, and the stay was quite comfortable. The environment was also good.

The hotel service is very good. The brothers and sisters are very enthusiastic and relaxed, and they will not make people feel disgusted or stressed.

The service is good, which is in line with the Atour brand, but the hygiene and sound insulation are really poor. When the tap is turned on or a small object falls from the upstairs, it is clearly audible, just like what happened in my own room. Fortunately, I didn't hear any embarrassing sounds when I stayed with my children. It took a long time for the faucet in the sink to come out. It was only when I suspected that there was no hot water that it came out. The water from the faucet was milky white, and black residue would sink to the bottom of the cup. The electric kettle seemed to be full of stories, with tea leaves and fluff, so I didn't dare to drink hot water during my stay. It was so cold, alas, I stayed for one night and quickly changed hotels.
