首先説酒店邊上真的什麼都沒有，除了有個霸王茶姬，連個賣水果的都沒有，吃飯確實不方便。酒店其實硬件還是對得起這個價格的，也幫我升級了，可是我想説那個冰箱是二手的嗎？根本不製冷啊，週五杭州25度，想把飲料放進去冷一下根本沒温度～再就是前台的小姐姐，除了一個實習的還有點熱情，週五的那個女的不知道在忙點什麼，一點笑容都沒有，更別説你好，這種問候。服務員全是阿姨，早餐裏一共三個橘子還有一個是壞的離譜的，我跟阿姨反映，她連不好意思都不説，直接説我也不知道，然後又拿了2個説多送你一個，難道我就是因為多要你一個🍊？總之服務體驗感很差

酒店在西溪濕地北門幾百米路程，非常方便，周邊吃飯也很方便。裝修風格感覺是復古“繁花”風格，可以拍照出片。房間蠻大的，標間的床也很大每一張，適合帶娃出行。早餐是套餐，搭配也很合理，三個人吃兩份也足夠了。服務人員餐廳阿姨都很禮貌客氣。推薦去西溪濕地遊玩的可以沖！

酒店位置離西溪濕地很近，天目裏需要叫車才能到達，房間很大，但是枕頭兩個都有點低，淋浴間沒有護髮素，前台小姐姐服務很好，停車方便，總體性價比很高

真的是很有調性的一家地理位置優越的酒店無疑了，是那種老底子的嗲，太有設計感咯，而且就在西溪濕地公園對門兒，一公里又有藝術感十足的天目裏蔦屋和西溪龍湖天街，杭州東站過來19號線4站路，嘎嘎方便的，服務熱情沒得説，別家沒得比，來杭首選

帶着孩子來杭州玩兩天，想去西溪濕地看看，就選了這家離景區近的酒店。果然沒讓人失望，酒店雖小，可是裝修的很漂亮，攜程預訂還升級了房間，贊👍。離西溪濕地北門很近，五分鐘的路程，北門還有19號線地鐵口，出行也很方便。早餐是套餐，吃飽可以。附近吃的也多，吃飯比較方便的。
