The location is perfect for short and long hikes. The territory is green and well maintained. In rainy season I would recommend a room with a balcony, because it is very humid in the mountains and good ventilation is required. I really like an electric fireplace in the room.

Everything perfect! We stayed 2 nights and I would stay longer if I could. Clean enough and very helpful staff.

Great little hide away hotel for a couple's weekend. Loved the hottub! Loved the view from the balcony. Loved the hiking trails all around the hotel. Great romantic spot for a couple.

1. 沒有電梯，要爬樓，不太方便。
2. 環境還不錯，畢竟在九溪附近的景區。
3. 幾個沙發坐凳都比較臟，門口角落裡有蜘蛛網。
4· 浴室沒有拉門，如圖所示。向酒店反應，入住一天內，並沒有給到回覆。
5. 這個浴缸🛁衹是擺設，有點臟，放出來的水並不是透明的，帶有一定顏色。建議不要使用。
6. 服務員態度比較客氣、熱情，尤其餐廳。
7. 房間有殘留的異味。比較像是煙草味。又像是中央空調的氣味。

環境：很舒服的園林環境，就在景區內很方便。
衞生：總體還不錯
設施：基本滿意，儘量不要定這個家庭房，白天去的還好，晚上出去玩回來之後發現房間內很潮濕，也很臭。因為我腿受傷，所以沒有上樓上看。朋友們白天看了也沒説，放下東西我們就出去玩了。朋友們都是在心裏默默地想自己不願意睡樓上的塌塌米，出去玩晚上回來進房間又臭又潮濕，大家就更不想睡樓上了。
沒辦法，我聯繫了前台給我們換雙人間，兩間雙人間空着，選了一間，雙人間非常好，整個設計都很舒適乾淨，沒有異味。晚上睡覺前發現沒有牙刷，也不好意思再打擾服務員，大家都沒刷牙就睡了。能給我們換一間房，讓我們夠舒適的睡覺已經很感謝。
服務：客房部和餐廳的服務人員都非常客氣，服務很及時，負責安排停車的工作人員也非常熱情。
走的時候酒店送了靈隱寺的十八子手串，感覺很有心。
前台有一位工作人員拍照片很好，並微信轉發了我們一些美照。
雅緻酒店，蘇州，廣州，杭州都住過整體服務都很好，都有管家服務，是不是這家店換老闆了？
夢溪山莊前台的工作人員感覺培訓不到位，我們退房的時候到前台問了一下，因為我們訂的時候雙人間接近900元家庭房1224元，我們多了一個人用了下午茶和早餐，就想問一下可不可以減去餐費退差價？
也就是問一下，前台工作人員毫無表情的跟我們説昨天晚上的房價雙人間超過了我們定的家庭房，而且已經沒有雙人間還專門給了我們一間，而且影響到他們。當時我們換房的時候已經是凌晨1:00多了，我們在兩間空的雙人間裏面選了一間，所以這樣説話完全沒必要。感覺不太像雅緻的服務水平。
好評，我們一定會給。好的地方應該表揚，有問題的地方我們也會提出來，希望酒店做得更好，在市場上才能夠有競爭力。
