I booked a standard room on Ctrip before April 28. I reselected the room type at the same hotel on the afternoon of the 28th. At that time, I cancelled the reservation of the original room type, but the platform did not approve it for me, and did not call to inform me. When I checked in at the hotel, I was told that they did not agree to change the room type, and asked me to pay two or three times the original price on the holiday, and pay the high cost of two rooms for one night. Is this reasonable? Moreover, when I checked into the room, the bathroom was narrow and the washbasin could not be drained, which made it impossible for consumers to live normally. I think "high-quality service and good reputation" are extremely important in the service industry. I didn't get anything from this hotel, and finally my hard-earned money was taken away. It's really unfair!
