Overall it’s a great stay for me and my family. Check-in and check-out process is hassle free. The lady who helped us check-in is very nice and helpful (sorry I missed her name). The room is spacious and all room facilities working well. Location wise it’s near to the bus stop (just in front of the hotel) and the nearest subway station is 800-900 meters away. Breakfast is delicious and with many options. Anyway if I were to visit Hangzhou again, I will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.

One of the best stays in China for me. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby staff were nice even though some of them can't fully speak english. The annuities were good and comfortable. They helped you with hotel wifi and I was mostly impressed with breakfast. They are warm and delicious 😋. Unfortunately when I was there, there were foggy days but still, the hotel provides the best service. Ensure to select a bigger room, I booked my smallest but got a free upgrade to the 20th floor, so I was very happy. I'll definitely go back again in the future.
