Hilton Garden Inn Properties in Hangzhou

I specifically chose this newly opened hotel, and I was initially worried about a new renovation smell. However, when I entered, there was absolutely no odor, which was a huge plus. The room was clean everywhere, especially the bathroom, which was sparkling. There was no dust accumulation in any of the corners or crevices, making my stay very reassuring. The location was easy to find, right by the roadside, but it was quiet once the windows were closed. Leon at the front desk was very efficient with the check-in process and even offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. All the facilities are new; the air conditioning cooled quickly, and the water pressure was strong. The smart toilet was also very convenient to use. Overall, it was a great experience!

This hotel is part of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. The front desk staff helped us change our room type and even upgraded us for free, which we really appreciated. We came back late after being out, and the staff helped us with our luggage and made arrangements in advance, which was super helpful! A big five-star shoutout to Sue, Annie, and Xiao Ming at the front desk. We'll definitely be back!

The room insulation was excellent, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, and the shower area was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was great. The environment was lovely, and the location was very convenient, right near Wuma Street. **Facilities:** Very complete, including disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the room has many thoughtful touches, even a magnifying makeup mirror with a light.

2 visits to the Hilton Garden Inn Heron. As always, it's a home away from home hotel. The service is excellent. Manager Cui happened to be the one who greeted me when I checked in. The butler-style service for the next few days was very heartwarming. There are also many activities in the hotel. The giant screen movies are not repeated every day. The garden is very atmospheric. Surrounded by mountains, it is very convenient to hike and play in the surrounding area. 5.1 The experience of the niche town is great. Attended a conference there. The meeting rooms are ok, nothing amazing. My own room was comfortable, with a pretty nice view. A major downside is the poor installation of the curtains: the room was almost fully lit upon sunrise, despite the curtains being drawn. The staff was very nice.
