The room is clean and tidy. Thank you for upgrading to a deluxe room. The facilities are smart. The first round of mini bar drinks is free, with 7-8 kinds of soft drinks and beer. Thank you for the welcome fruits and refreshments. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and is easy to operate, which is a plus. The breakfast is delicious. Don't miss it if you are on a business trip. When checking out, the front desk lady also gave a small gift, which was great!

There is a lake view restaurant on the top floor. You can see the panoramic view of the West Lake during breakfast. I took a photo. It only takes more than 10 minutes to ride a shared bicycle to the West Lake. It is very convenient. The service of the front desk staff is very good, the room facilities are very considerate, and the breakfast is rich. I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou.

The breakfast is also very rich in Chinese and Western styles. Special thanks to Mr. Yan, Ambassador of Narada, for his warm service. He gave us a careful guidance route in the lobby. Overall, the stay experience was very satisfactory. 👍

Everything was smooth until the check-out happened. I was scared because I need to pay something for ordering food. I explained that we did not order anything and that we had dinner outside the hotel. They tried calling the hotel restaurant to confirm and they said that it for for burger and beer and that it was ordered around 10pm. I told them that we were outside during that time. They let me wait for over 20 minutes and they still couldn’t figure it out. I know it is not the fault of the front-desk staff. I need to catch a train and didn’t know what to do. I said I will just pay it but I asked them to check it further, maybe the CCTV, the money was refunded eventually but no one informed about what actually happened. It is scary to not really know what happened. Did someone actually ordered using our room number? Or was it a technical mistake? Not sure. I would probably stay again in this hotel but I will inform the front-desk staff to not allow anyone order a room service.

This hotel was nice and decent. Very clean and spacious. The hotel staff spoke very little to no English at al, depending on the shift. However even with that , they were very helpful. We had a deluxe room. I was sharing with a friend but we had so much space. We often times left the room really late, but they still cleaned for us and gave us fresh towels. The breakfast is very Chinese so if you looking to book this hotel just know that. The location is very central , since we were there for a weekend of fun. Getting around was easy however Hangzhou is full of road construction & congestion everywhere. Something unrelated, I find that the taxi prices are a tad bit higher that my other city & it took us longer to get to places because of the above mentioned. This place was really affordable and especially since we shared an apar**ent. We paid ¥1740 for 3 nights all together. Me and my girlfriend we asked more then one time help with our necessities in the room and the service was ready and fast at helping us with any issue. More, the guy at the reception , Edward , was more the nice. When I asked extra pillows , he told me what kind I would like cause they have hard and soft one. And when I asked if I could have a late check out, he immediately and gently replied I could leave at 15.00. And held this conversation in perfect English, something that in this country is really rare to find even in the 5 stars hotel. The best hotel you can stay in Hangzhou . Thanks to all the staff

I forgot to bring toiletries on a business trip, and stayed in a 365 yuan hotel, but there was no toothbrush in the room.
