Clean, small but comfortable room, good matres, nice breakfast, polite service, perfect position !

I never comment, but I want to talk about this one. . . 1. The hotel provides hot water kettles for 6 euros/day, which is a great experience. 2. The bathroom and wash basin are blocked at the same time. Please imagine the scene of dirty water flowing back. . . Although the hotel came to clean it after notifying it, why didn't it be maintained earlier? 3. Although the location is convenient, the hotel room environment and facilities are simple and the room size is small. I think it is not worth the price. . . .

Excellent location. You arrive at Altona train station by DB. It's just a few steps to the hotel. Breakfast good. Plenty of shopping opportunities, even at night.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. All public transport directly at the hotel is free of charge.

Located right next to the train station, but still not noisy. Delicious breakfast, nice staff. Perfectly sufficient for two nights....👍

The room is very small and the parking lot is on the slope at the door.

The location is perfect. Just receive. The room is big and clean. The beds are ok and the bathroom is good. I was allowed to have the room for free until 13.00

This is a first review after 3 times going. Experience was really bad. This is the third time I go there and, as the last 2 times, there was again some issues with the shower. First time, it was almost cold. Second time, the hot water was coming and going, either you were burning out of the sudden or freezing. This last time I travelled with my girlfriend, I woke up before heading to the office, and there was just cold water and -4ºC outside. After showering (at that point I had to), I went reception and told them the issue because also my girlfriend was in her period and needed a warm shower. They said that they would come at 2-3pm (it was around 9am), and even if I told them that my girlfriend needed to shower too, they just said "when is any of you two coming back?". She needed to shower now, in the morning, not in the evening or at night. After talking with them, finally they sent someone to the room. That person said "it is fine, it is hot". It was at max level, and it was warm-ish and rather cold. After some talking (again), they changed us to another room (my girlfriend with pain having to pack everything to go downstairs so they give us another room). When we arrive to the new room, the water was a bit warmer than the other, but just a bit. In the end, I had to already go to work and she showered with that warm-ish water. That same day, at night, we tried the water again and it was very hot. Next day at night was very hot too, but not in the morning. So, after thinking back, all times I was there, I showered in the mornings. So, it seems that they have a VERY BIG issue with the hot water capacity (probably most people shower in the morning). Note: I go here because it's what the company usually say to take, no because I wanted to after those first two times. The rest of the hotel is okay, but a shower is a basic thing. That must work. I must to.

I asked if I could have a room on the station side. I love falling asleep with the hustle and bustle of the station in the background. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly as usual. The hotel has a supply of umbrellas for its guests to use while staying. These were gratefully used.

This hotel is so close to the long distance platforms at Altona Station that you can sit in the lounge and watch your train pull in. Overall it is very similar to an Ibis Hotel. The room was in very good order except for the aircon, which did not work. The window did open, but we had noise from a restaurant across the street until late. So do check the aircon when you first arrive in the room. Breakfast was a standard German hotel breakfast. It was very good. I recommend this hotel to anyone who would find the location at the station convenient. We arrived at Altona one afternoon, made a day trip by train to Schleswig-Holstein the next day, and departed for Switzerland on the final day. All of these trains terminated at Altona. There are also lots of food shops, supermarkets, etc. in the station complex.
