部屋、パブリックスペース共に清潔ていい感じでした。駅かから近い、車でのアクセスも便利なのは選択肢〇
お風呂もゆったりと使えて◎で気に入ってます。
チェックインの時に、寝具、アメニティ、お水、コーヒーお風呂などの使い方、案内がなかったのが、少し、残念。
使い慣れている方が多いので、いちいち言わなくても良い空気感があるのかもしれめせんが…

夜間チェックインでしたが、フロントの方がオフィスに控えていながらすぐ戻るの札を置いていて感じが悪かったです。また、朝食が550円で食べられるとか大浴場があるとか一切説明なしでした。アメニティを取る場所の室内着を置いてあるのも雑然として使う前か後かわからない状態でした。空調も温度設定なしで暑がりの私には辛かったです。朝フロントを出るときもこちらが大きな声で挨拶しても返答なし。安かろう悪かろうで安い以外何もなしでした。ホテル戦争の激しい浜松で戦えるのか？という感じです。多分次回はえらびません。

お部屋に前の方のゴミなのか捨て忘れが2袋ありフロントに電話しました。ゴミは取りに来てくれましたがお部屋はそのまま使用したので少しのサービスが欲しかったです。
駐車場ですがサービス券ありの有料に止めましたが割引されず500円を支払いました。急いでいたのでそのまま帰りましたが残念でした…

二度目の利用。
JR浜松駅から徒歩3分ぐらい、駅周辺には飲食店も多くて素泊まりに便利。
ただ建物が古いのでやや薄暗く、ちょっと寂しい感じなのと
アメニティが１階フロント前から持って行くスタイルなので、ウッカリ部屋に行ってしまうと面倒です。
コスパは非常に良！

施設は古いが清潔で◎
部屋の冷蔵庫の音がうるさいのが難点ですが、大浴場もあって満足です。
朝食も美味しくて食べすぎてしまいました。
火曜日のみの数量限定サービスカレーライスは頑張ってもありつけず残念でした。
スタックの方はとてもいい感じの方とクールな方がいました。
安いのでまた利用したいです。
