衞生：差，一股黴味
環境：差，衞生間連掛毛巾的地方都沒有，房間裏也沒地方放衣服，隔音很差，半夜11點前台還在那裡大聲嚷嚷把我女兒吵醒好幾次，我出去跟她説，她説在幫客户解決問題，你解決問題就有理了？我們不是客人？我們要等你解決完問題再睡覺？
服務：差，前一天晚上訂早餐，前台説15一個，後來説我們三大一小，孩子的錢就算了，結果第二天早上給了四碗粥，5個包子，3個水煮蛋，我説為什麼水煮蛋少一個，老太太説因為孩子沒付錢沒雞蛋吃的！我立馬説15塊錢給你，就當打發乞丐吧，做生意就這格局！

白雪皚皚的冬季睡一鋪暖炕，很舒服，雖然等待店家來雪鄉接回酒店時有些久，但想到帥哥老闆司機很辛苦，心裏就釋然了！第二天老闆親自送我們到大巴直接到雪鄉，享受專車一樣的待遇，感謝，暖心的雪鄉之旅！

差評，無良黑店，提前一個星期預訂了3.8米的炕，去到跟我説衹有2.8米的炕，在雪鄉附近就可以這樣隨意更改、坐地起價？而且環境很差，慶幸後來退了

距離雪鄉10多公里，價格比雪鄉便宜很多，屋裡挺暖和的，老闆是叔叔阿姨，都挺好的，早上還提供熱水玩潑水成冰
