The staffs are friendly. We stayed here 5 nights. We cannot speak Chinese, however that is not a problem here. The staffs are very glad to help us to call a taxi and also recommend us to visit old town and many place.

The service was very good. The breakfast was very complete. In the room not all the plugs worked so we had to charge our cell phones in the bathroom and another by unplugging the TV.

I have to give this hotel a five-star rating! The location is great, and the river view outside the window is a natural "white noise", allowing me to enjoy the tranquility even during a busy business trip. The room facilities are complete, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay is super comfortable!
