衞生：很好，但隔天沒人進來打掃
環境：也不錯，房間空間很大
服務：態度也不錯
設施：也可以，但那天我遇到了大停電，我衹能從九樓走樓梯口下去到入口處

樓下是另一家大酒店，可以坐他們的電梯直達正旭旅館。房間寬敞明亮，景色特別好。前台服務也很熱情周到。洗手間的衞生可以提高一下。下水道反味加廁所味道較大。
