1⃣️全屋家電，青一色品牌：空調是格力的，電視是海信的，滾筒洗衣服是海爾的，微波爐是美的的，電燒水壺是蘇泊爾的，凈水器是水博士的這點很重要，不用再買礦泉水了
2⃣️如果一家出行，在這裏不用擔心洗衣服不幹，這裏配備了烘乾機，還有蒸汽熨斗，密碼鎖也很安全，小區周圍全是配套設施，就像我們的萬達
3⃣️房東確實人很好，因為離開當天暴雨，航班延誤兩次，一直走不了，房東又收留我們多呆了好幾個小時
