The room I booked was not well soundproofed and the curtains were very bright. I was woken up by the light in the morning. Someone knocked on the door several times during my nap (I found the wrong room😡😡). The toilet was not clean. It was not a very satisfactory stay. .

I booked a double room, and before checking in, I called the front desk to ask if I would accept a "twin room with a better view", which was accepted in good faith. As a result, I was given an old twin room on the 6th floor. The room facilities were very old and the sound insulation was also very poor. Stayed for two days without knowing it. Checking out today, I found out that the double bed room I originally booked was renovated. The so-called "upgraded" twin room was for the purpose of receiving tour groups. They tricked me into an old room that had not been renovated. It was actually a downgrade.
There is a problem with the integrity of hotel operations!
Another note: The hotel is far away from the urban area, and the surrounding traffic order is poor. After zooming in 1.5 times through the mobile phone lens, the "landscape" is as follows.

On the first night we checked in, we found a lot of hair on the bed. We then complained to the front desk. The front desk replied that the cleaning staff was off work. We had no choice but to ask the security guard to bring quilts and sheets. We put them on ourselves and changed them all to clean ones the next day. However, there was no explanation for the problem on the first day. It was obvious that the sheets and quilt covers were not changed. I will not stay in this hotel again.
