Venus Royal Hotel (Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill Sun and Moon Twin Towers)

I chose to stay here because it's very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. After arriving, we paid to upgrade to a room with a view, and it was truly beautiful. In the late afternoon, we went to the café and viewing restaurant on the sixth floor, where you can see both Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas at the same time. Having afternoon tea there was very relaxing, and it was a great spot for photos. We also had dinner at the restaurant that evening. The breakfast the next day was also very abundant, and they even had Guilin rice noodles. Overall, the experience was excellent.

After poring over countless guides, I finally settled on this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The front desk staff was incredibly nice, and I decisively paid for an upgrade to a scenic view room. The 6th-floor observation deck offers unparalleled views of both Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas – truly unbeatable! The hotel is right on the famous Binjiang Road, so much so that I didn't even feel like rushing to other attractions; just relaxing in the room all day was pure bliss. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. I have to especially commend the Yikafew Scenic Restaurant on the 6th floor. Enjoying an authentic Guilin rice noodle for breakfast while sitting on the huge terrace, with views of the Twin Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, was an absolutely incredible experience! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Guilin!

The hotel boasts stunning views; open the window and you're greeted by the Sun and Moon Pagodas. From the breakfast buffet, you can see Elephant Trunk Hill. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the pier and Zhengyang Street.

This Venus Royal Hotel has an excellent location. We paid to upgrade to a room with a view, and we could see the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill directly from our window. It's right by the riverside, so stepping out, you're immediately by the Li River, which is great for walks. It's also very close to the food street, the pier, and East and West Alleys, making getting around super convenient. The 6th-floor terrace offers fantastic views, and the breakfast rice noodles are authentic. They even have afternoon tea! It's a really convenient place for dining, staying, and sightseeing.

The environment here is absolutely amazing! The viewing platform at the hotel is so beautiful, it was a wonderful surprise 🎊. And a special shout-out to Xiao Xie who even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic 👌.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was attentive – I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, the environment is quiet, and the check-in experience was superb. The hotel's own restaurant has an amazing location; you can even see the Sun and Moon Pagodas while having afternoon tea. Highly recommended!
