Stayed as a waypoint on a long roadtrip. Would recommend for the convenience of the bar downstairs, more food options than imaginable across the road and up the street, and the helpful staff.

horrible the room was that hot even with air con on high, the hall bath etc was like 30° the kettle was black on the bottom with a horrible smell, the free Wi-Fi wasn't working. their was a big stain on the bak board of the bed head, hate to think what it was. we wish we knew half the hotel was in construction no bristo etc. stayed like 3brs, would of come if we knew half the place was in construction. and how hot it was. asked for a refund was refused $130 wasted alot of money when your on a pension. would never recommend the ibis is better.

The whole venue stinks of cigarette smoke. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, and all throughout our room as there was no insulation and cracks in the floorboards that you could see the people down below! It was ridiculously loud the entire night until we left early morning. Also, no hand soap in the bathroom. Do not recommend

The 2 bedroom apar**ent was much more than I expected. Large and very spacious! Went downstairs for dinner and food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Only down side to the trip was the signage from the car park situated at the back of the venue and where you check in for accomodation was almost non existent bar one sign. However it does look like they are completing renovations so this may be a factor. Overall I would definitely book and stay again!

It was a good stay for one night. The apar**ent was huge and my kids enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen cupboards where dirty and sticky and I understand there is renovations happening so I would love to see it when everything is completed. Check out was not convient as the access to cars was difficult people on the streets outside scared my children.

I recently stayed at the Guilford hotel for two days, and overall, their service was exceptional. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed frame, as it did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the water kettle in my room was broken, and when I approached the staff for a replacement, I was informed that it couldn't be replaced at that time (7:00 AM). In my opinion, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that all amenities are in working order. On a positive note, the parking area was quite spacious, but I found it inconvenient that the door to access the back parking area was closed. Although they mentioned that the door opened from 10 AM to 10 PM, it poses an inconvenience for guests who need to access the area earlier than 10 AM due to early travel plans.

This apar**ent is enormous with attractive period features and comfortable bedding. Unfortunately it was quite dirty. Rubbish under beds, previous occupants dishes still in drying rack, used toiletries in bathroom, someone’s clothes in drawers, mould around bathroom basin and very dirty kitchen drawers. There was also music playing somewhere ALL night. With more attention to details this place could be quite lovely.

Staff were emotionless and not very welcoming. Within the club was full of cigarette smoke wafting in from the gaming room. When I questioned who appeared to be the owners behind the bar regarding the smoke they didn't seem too concerned !! A visit from health authorities would see the place shut down. If you are renovating and can't provide exhaust and ventilation you should close until you can. We went elsewhere and entered only through the street to the room. The room was comfortable and as you would expect for budget accomodation.
